Details: The Prince Regent Swimming Pool complex in Brighton has a heated teaching pool which is especially for non-swimmers and children. They run several sessions in this pool for babies and pre-school children, all for £4 on a drop-in basis. The sessions are designed as an introduction to swimming lessons, to increase water confidence in a fun way.
Day/time:
- Mondays – 1.30-2.30pm, Squeaky Frog lessons for under 5 year olds
- Tuesdays 10.30-11.30am playgroup for 2-5 year olds with optional swimming lesson
- Weds 10.30-11.30am – parent and baby up to 2 years old
- Thurs, 10.30-11.30am – playgroup and optional swimming lesson for 2-5 yrs; 1.30-2.30pm parent and baby up to 2 yrs old.
