This traditional Italian ice cream parlour with a twist has a daily choice of at least 24 flavours ranging from Vanilla to Violet, Mango to Mojito and Apple to Avocado. Their list currently stands at more than 150 with new ones regularly being introduced!
All ice creams are made fresh on site using Sussex milk and cream and they have recently been included in Rose Prince’s ‘The Good Produce Guide 2011′ as one of the best ice cream shops in the UK.
The owner Seb Cole says: “This is traditional, high quality ice cream, made on the premises by people who really care about ice cream.”
The shop also includes a small café so you can pop in and sit for a coffee or a waffle on rainy days.
They also make custom flavoured ice cream cakes to order.
