Pre-pregnancy: Our sessions are fun while focused and will help you prepare physically and mentally for pregnancy; exercise also commonly increases fertility.
Pregnancy: We’ll help you stay strong throughout your pregnancy and feel better prepared for labour and motherhood.
Postnatal: Starting gently we’ll work with you and your body to restrengthen your core muscles, gradually rebuilding your strength and cardio fitness so that you feel stronger physically and mentally to deal with the challenges motherhood brings.
And beyond….! Keep training once the kids are no longer babies 🙂 MamaCore is for mums of any age and we welcome working with older ladies to keep their bodies and pelvic floors strong, and their energy levels high for the kids and grandkids!
All sessions include: core & pelvic floor, postural advice, general strengthening and cardio, plus we can include nutritional advice, relaxation and energising techniques, mindfulness, weight management etc.

Day/time: Daytime and evening slots are available.

Cost: 20% off all bookings between now and Xmas! (Usual price £40 for 50 mins – sessions can be shared with friends).
