Modelworld is a unique exhibition showcasing models of all types from around the country. The show is now in its 34th year. Having started out as a model railway show it now encompasses so much more and has become genuinely a family model show with something for children of all ages, 1-100.
The 2012 show will feature:
Railways, model and miniature, large and small
Boats, with a sailing pool running shows all day long and detailed static models
Cars, with a race track and static models
Aeroplanes, static, and flying models in the new “Flying hall”
Full size model of Battle of Britain aircraft “Spitfire”
Full size steam locomotive “Brighton Locomotive Works” returns to Brighton for the first time in 50 years
Darleks and Dr. Who exhibits
Antweight Robots
Circus, Fairground and related vehicles
Modelling trade stands
100th anniversary of the maiden voyage of HMS Titanic
Modelworld takes place on 24-26 February 2012, 10am-5.30pm
