Sam’s is a quality neighbourhood bistro style restaurant in the heart of gorgeous Kemp Town ‘village’ in Brighton. A little off the beaten track it is situated in the famous One Paston Place site yet offers a more relaxed dining experience to it’s predecessors. Sam’s is a small but bustling restaurant and is often filled with family groups – especially for Sunday Lunch and Weekend Brunch (served from 10am – 3pm Saturday and Sunday).The dishes served are a mixture of the classic and the creative with a focus on seasonal ingredients. Children are welcome at Sam’s during the day.
